Subject: Contractor review of your allegations of scientific misconduct
Dr. Houser, in order to keep you abreast of developments related to your scientific misconduct allegations, I provide this information. The contract to review the scientific basis of your allegations was awarded to Atkins NA and the completion date of their review tasks is approximately August 31. I say approximately because it is always possible that they will run into some difficulty. The due date for their total administrative record is 30 days after delivery of the review. This report, of which I am the Contracting Officer’s Representative, will then be provided to Dr. Suzette Kimball, DOI Scientific Integrity Officer for her review and determination of next steps.
